"Why can't my friend send to me? They have always been able to."
-Send a test message to them from a Primary account and a outside account. (like Yahoo). Then check mail tool. If they get them both, there may be a block
on their friends account. Have them contact via e-mail abuse@primary.net. This is not
a Operations problem and the ticket does
not need to be left open.
-Also check them in your Intra under Access
List Search. They may already be listed. If they are on the list, the only way to give
them access is to contact abuse@primary.net. (they will not
give access to the whole company, just specific access to that person. so they need
to include that persons address).

"I can connect but can't get any web pages."
-First, have them reboot there computer. (even if they say they have already
done this.)
-Still if no transport check there TCP/IP settings in DUN
and also check TCP/IP in there Network. DUN should be all
server assigned and in network it should be disabled. (Most of the time WINS is enabled )
-If this still does not work, try and Hard code them.
-And if this doesn't work try reinstalling TCP/IP
